I created a UPS account via Paypal. How can I log in to UPS with that account? The Paypal.com/ShipNow service is down, it creates a blank label. I called customer service but they say they have no ETA to get it fixed. I tried to reset the password through UPS (using my Paypal email) The system does not recognize my account. If I create a brand new account through UPS, I will not have a discount. I remember once time after creating the UPS account from Paypal, the UPS account manager called me and asked me how many packages I ship every week then he approved it, but when I call UPS, they cannot find my account even I just create a shipping label 2 days ago.
