I cannot find seller to pay her, and she can’t find me to request payment

As mentioned in the title, I have been unable to find the sellers via email OR their name on PayPal for 2 months now. Last month the seller was able to find me on PayPal and send a request so I could pay that way. Now I’m attempting to pay another seller for an item and cannot find her AT ALL and she cannot find me AT ALL. We’ve given each other our emails and PayPal.me and still cannot find each others accounts. MY ACCOUNT IS NOT NEW, it’s been active since 2016 and the sellers account is not new. I’ve confined my identity and backup email and she still cannot find me and I cannot find her. What the actual heck? I have no idea what else to do.
