I'm very grateful for the quick response. I'm really sorry that Ukrainian citizens can't use paypal.me link, while at the same time Russian citizens can, it's ridiculous. It's also a shame that I wasted a lot of time only to realize that it's impossible to set up. If I had found information earlier about the list of countries which can use paypal.me link, I wouldn't have asked this question. It's not my fault that it's very difficult to understand the structure of the site where such useful information is hidden from view. I feel sorry for the habitual users. If it says Anyone can use it, then it should be so for everyone. Obviously, this text must be removed from the home page, because it's essentially not true. It would also be nice to have information on the list of countries that can use this feature right on the home page.
Does this mean that my account is useless? How can I use the service if no one can find my account and transfer funds? I'm sorry for the additional questions, but again, I couldn't find any information about this. If it's possible, will only other citizens of Ukraine be able to transfer funds?
