I can't send or request payments via the PayPal iOS app anymore.

Since the last update on the PayPal app, I can't send or request money via the app. For that, I need to log in on desktop.

Via the app, I can only check my transaction history and my bank/cards.

Why was this removed?

I am sorry to know that you're unable to send or receive money with your mobile app and I know this can be frustrating. If you are experiencing difficulty, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this helps to resolve this issue. If the issue still persists, you can contact PayPal Customer Support so that they can take down your account specific information and add it to the records so that our technicians can look into it and resolve the issue. You can reach out to PayPal Customer Support Team through the available contact options on our website. Please do not hesitate to reach out to Customer Support by sending a DM on Twitter or Instagram or a PM on Facebook
