I can't edit saved paypal buttons in a personal account.

I'm at paypal.com/buttons and there is no way to edit saved buttons. It is not in the usual located, should be in the upper right, as it is under my other business account in paypal.

Where is how? How on earth do I edit my past 80+ buttons?
