How does one report a bug to PayPal?
Their confirmation email shows the incorrect donation date.
It's clearly caused by a bug in the way dates are parsed. A transaction preformed today, on the 23th of August is shown as the 8th if December. This is incorrect date parsing because you Americans write the month before the day in a date.
There seems to not be a way to report this issue to PayPal, all the channels that don't involve merchant dispute resolution are disabled.
