How to order paypal debit cards to Egypt?

I am an Egyptian citizen without any bank cards from local banks. I was considering using PayPal for receiving my salary online, but I can't withdraw funds since I lack bank cards to link to my PayPal account. I'm looking to order a PayPal debit card, but I can't find that option in the PayPal app or website. I want to be an active PayPal user, so please assist me in resolving this issue.

I believe you may have the option to a paypal debit mastercard but you would need to have a business account.
