Welcome! Thanks for joining the PayPal Community, this is a great question. Unfortunately, you wouldn't be able to send funds directly from your PayPal Credit to your bank account. You should be able to fund a personal payment to a friend or family member with your PayPal Credit if you wish. However. I wouldn't recommend funding a personal payment with your PayPal Credit to have them send those funds back to you as it may be considered cash advancing which isn't allowed through PayPal Credit.
