How to know if my account is still eligible to 4x payment?

Hi, Used a lot the 4x payment last year - still have a few payments underway - but since then (earlier in December 23) I updated my cc because I got a new 1 from my bank, and now I had to pay fully total and PayPal didn’t offer me the 4x payment. Don’t know what to think?! Is there a way to know if I’m still eligible?

I'm sorry to hear you were unable to use Pay in 4 on a recent purchase. Pay in 4 might not have been available for a couple of different reasons. The three most common are that the merchant hasn't opted in to accept Pay Later options, there was a recently denied Pay in 4 application, or our Security System denied it for that transaction. Whenever you make a payment, I always suggest ensuring you're logging in from one consistent device with your location services turned on and clearing your cache and cookies.
