Before I made a transaction to AliExpress on on Aug 7 2023, I added the AliExpress 6% cash back offer at the time in PayPal, while logged in to PayPal, and saw it confirmed by PayPal as added. The transaction was made before the offer's expiration date.
But now when I look at the AliExpress PayPal transaction's details, it doesn't include "PayPal Rewards points" (like other transactions that were made after adding the offers for their respective retailers). Nor does the AliExpress transaction show in the PayPal Rewards activity pending list.
How do I keep the cash back reward deals/offers that PayPal confirmed were added while I was logged in, from getting deleted before their expiration date?
