I use PayPal on a regular basis.. most days to purchase a good or service.. and I have never gotten a single PayPal rewards point.. my balance is 0. What am I missing? How do I earn PayPal rewards points?

What I’ve found is that rewards don’t work during mobile checkout (when I buy something on a merchant’s iOS app), but when checking out using a browser with the extension installed, the purchase does register as rewards activity most of the time.
