Hey Guys
We have recently launched our business called BrandBrahma.com, It is a B2C marketplace for registered domain names. For this, we are seeking proper payment gateway solution. At BrandBrahma.com, We are basically reselling pre-registered domains, Our Item delivery is virtual, the delivery is done by changing the ownership of the domain name. for this, we will send the authorization code of that particular domain name to the buyer's secured e-mail id and which completes the delivery of the item.
Our refund policy is conditional: Refunds will be done if buyers agrees to followings conditions
1) Buyer requests for cancellation within 24 hours of the purchase
2) Buyer doesn't transfer domain name within 15 days from the purchase & requests for cancellation
3) Agrees to pay 6% of transaction money to cover the expenses.
Mostly International transaction are expected.
We have currently integrated PayPal in our website but we do not have any idea how to set these up on PayPal. So, I request you people to provide us best possible solution for the above requirements.
Thanks a lot

Hello @BrandBrahma,
Welcome to the PayPal Community! We have a handful of wonderful payment solutions available for you and your business. Here's one of our site pages with details on Merchant Payment Solutions in PayPal. Also, you may want to review PayPal's Seller Protection to make sure your business can be aware of what is and isn't protected through our services.
Welcome to PayPal and have a great day!

Hi @BrandBrahma,
I'm sorry to hear that Jon's post did not seem to solve the question for you. The Buyer and Seller Protection policies are an important read because the conditions that you have stated are not ones that would match the conditions in our protection policies, and PayPal's protection would be the conditions that would be used if a dispute were raised via PayPal. The suggestion to review the Merchant Payment Solutions is because it sounds like the needs that your business has may not necessarily be met by out-of-the-box offerings, and speaking with a merchant sales specialist to work out what products would meet those needs may be necessary if you don't find what you need on that page.
I hope this helps clarify!
Olivia
