How much does it cost to upgrade to a business Pay pal account. Are there any hidden costs.

Hello,
Our business has declined significantly due to Freight increases and unreliably. So we are getting rid of expenses that are excessive. One being our business package. I will do expenses in excel - easy. We use pay pal but it is not a business account, it is only used for those customers who want to pay with PayPal. We don't have credit card facilities either. If we upgrade to a business account what are all the hidden costs. Or is it still the percentage of what is paid through pay pal. What if I want to issue a PayPal invoice to a non pay pal account holder. Is there a cost to issuing the invoice.
Thanks all cheers Robyn [removed].
