So id like to buy something that cost over 400eurs in the official site of Riot Games, a person told me about the pay later system in paypal, and i have been using paypal for years by now and never have seen or heard of this, so i tried to go and checkout the item and it does not give me the option to pay later, but the person that told me about this tried to buy the exact same item in the exact same site, and he does have the option to pay later, which means i should be able to do it as well, i have used paypal for over 5 years so i feel like i should be allowed to use this feature by now.
How do i enable this feature? i did read some posts in the community but all i see are automated answers from paypal with no information at all.
