How do I refund a return I paid with my credit card that is linked to paypal

Hi

I paid for a returned item that I purchased with paypal.

I would like to obtain a refund for the returned item postage cost through paypal.

I paid the return postage with the credit card that is linked to my pay pal account.

How do I obtain a refund when it doesn't show up as a paypal transaction on my paypal account?
