This is only about Paypal Credit accounts, not regular Paypal payments. All the answers on Paypal help are about regular Paypal accounts. I purchased a fairly expensive item on ebay so when offered I signed up to pay with Paypal Credit. The money was drafted from my bank account into Paypal Credit to pay for the item. The item never arrived so I opened a case and got a refund from ebay, but they refunded back in to Paypal credit where it has been sitting for over a month with no way I can find to return the money to my bank account. I don't shop ebay often so it would take a while to use the refund while it just sits there doing nothing.
