How do I obtain a PayPal balance account and a PayPal debit card?

I appreciate your interest in PayPal debit card and balance account! You will be able to get a PayPal balance account when someone sends your money to your account. Once you click on 'Accept the money' you will get the option 'Keep it in PayPal' and follow the steps to get a PayPal balance account. PayPal debit card is a debit card you can use with your PayPal balance account and you can request your card in this page.
