I created a UPS shipping label and I need to "void" it because the buyer wants additional items so shipping cost increases. The label shows "Pending" in activity, there is no way to print it from activity, or cancel it by selecting a "void" button (there is no void button to select!) as the HELP section indicates I should do. HELP!
I'm having the same problem today. I printed an $89 internal UPS label that would not print any custom forms with it and had diamond symbols in the receiver's address replacing a few letters when their info was typed in correctly. There is no way to cancel the label and after hours on the phone trying I'm beyond frustrated. When I use the void from the email receipt option I only get an error message and no one in PayPal support can help with the problem.
