How cancel a pending pay in 4?

ordered with land end and tried paypal pay in 4 two times. could not get order thru but found the 1st of 4 payments is pending twice in paypal. How do i cancel these?

I am sorry to hear what has happened. I do understand your concern. When you attempt to make a payment, the amount can be temporarily charged to your bank/card. This is an authorization charge. 
 

If the merchant does not accept/process your orders, the authorization charges would be removed from your bank within 72 hours. This is normal practice for online payments, so no need to be worried if this happens again.
