How can I prevent PayPal from automatically transferring funds from the bank to the PayPal debit card? It causes big Uncollected Funds fees at the bank. I did not ask for them to do that.
If there are not enough funds in the PayPal debit card, PayPal pulls money out of the bank. But the bank charges a fee for that. Why can't PP just approve a partial payment? At the time of transaction, I didn't know they were planning on pulling the funds out, but $105 later in three separate transactions, here we are !!
