Click the PayPal debit card on your dashboard (Balance panel) to access it’s settings. Scroll to the “Card Settings” section and click “Lock Card”.

I understand you'd like to learn more about locking a PayPal Debit Card. If you lock your PayPal Debit Card, it will only prevent future charges. it will not stop any currently pending charges. If you've noticed any unauthorized transactions, you can file a dispute by following the steps on our Help Center here: How do I report an unauthorized transaction or account activity?
