How can I get my pay in 4 applications to be approved

My pay in 4 applications keep he rejected because I had a few transactions get declined when someone stole my debit card and I forgot to update my payment option before the payment went through is there anyway of getting that cleared

I understand your concern about the Pay in 4 application denial! PayPal Pay in 4 is not available for certain merchants and goods. We may also decide not to offer PayPal Pay in 4 as an option based on our internal checks. However you will be updated the details about the denial through PayPal message center. Please keep in mind, you may be eligible in the future and are able to checkout using another form of payment.
