How can I get a Paypal Debit Card?

Hello my dear community.

I have a problem when I select: Get a Paypal Debit Card, then I selected: Get your Paypal Debit Card asked me: What kind of card would you like?

I Selected Physical + Digital: Get cash at ATMs and shop anywhere Mastercard is accepted.

When I give to confirm Paypal Said me: We couldn't Confirm this address. I live in Puerto Rico

I do not Know if I need to add a new address, if this is the case, What address Can I add in my Paypal Account and get Paypal Debit Card.

My account is completely verified.

I'm sorry you're having difficulty confirming your address so you can receive a PayPal Debit Card. To confirm your physical address, you need to add and confirm a non-PayPal credit or debit card. You can learn how on our Help Center by clicking the hyperlinks I've included. Please note that it must be a physical mailing address, not a P.O. Box. 

Regrettably, it also doesn't look like you'll be able to apply for the PayPal Debit Card in Puerto Rico. When reviewing the Terms and Conditions, which can be found at the bottom of the website here, it states you must reside within the 50 US States. I wasn't able to find any details that show Puerto Rico is included yet; I apologize for any inconvenience.
