Hi, I have problem sending an invoice

Hi, I just created a business account.

1. I connected this to my bank account, but it's not sending me anything to continue the verification process. 

2. Also, When sending an invoice, the window pops up saying 'error' and it does not proceed. 

3. When using the paypal me link of my business account -> does the money sender pay commission? how much percentage is it? and is there any commission that the receiver has to pay? how much is it? 

Please look into this case ASAP

Need to confirm and verify I believe before you can invoice.

Buyer don't pay fees, the fee is auto deducted from your buyers payment as the remainder is credited to your paypal account balance.
