I understand your concern about the Pay in 3. If you are referring to the PayPal Pay in 3 option on available for your account, kindly know that Pay in 3 is not available for all merchants and products, only certain merchants and goods will offer this plan. Our system may also decide not to offer PayPal Pay in 3 as a payment option in certain circumstances, such as where our checks suggest an increased risk of fraud or where data we hold suggests you may not be eligible.
If you have already opted for Pay in 3 but is not reflecting on your PayPal account, it is possible there might be a technical glitch. In this case, you may log out and re-login to see if that works. If not, please reach out to our Customer Support team through the available contact options on our website for further assistance.
