Anyone else having trouble paying for items on Ebay today? I get to the Paypal Credit checkout options page and it just keeps buffering until it says "Something went wrong. Try again later."
I'm having the same issue with Tophatter. I think they must be having a site issue.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
