I have not received my PayPal card and was told that it was in the mail and was suppose to be here by August 18th and it’s not and the month is over. Where is it?! I keep asking for a new card to be sent here I have the right address and correct one down. Shouldn’t be a problem I’ve had it sent at that address before. I would appreciate some help here, thank you.
