Haven't heard anything about my cash card application

I applied for the cash card over a week ago and haven't heard anything back or received the card in the mail. I still have notifications saying I need to confirm my identity and when I click to do so it says they're reviewing my documents and should hear from them within 2-3 business days but it's been a lot longer than that.
