Fraudulent website

I thought a website was legit until after entering payment, it showed the money going to a person vs a company. I’ve tried to contact the seller, no replies, no ship date, etc. I’ve contacted PayPal to voice my concerns about the site being fraudulent and reps told me to use the resolution. I’ve done that 2 times and PayPal denied my case. I tried to put in another appeal, waiting to hear back. What can I do to recoupe my money? Any help would be appreciated.

Don’t file dispute as unauthorized activity or it will keep getting denied because you did authorize payment. No one broke into your account to pay. Open dispute as item not received or have customer services change the case reason for you.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Darn, it’s currently under review. If it gets denied I will try to appeal it and change the reasoning to items not received as there is no delivery info since 3 weeks. Thanks
