First day being redirected to Shipstation, there is not a UPS option.

We were redirected over to Shipstation today to complete a shipping label but there were not rates or options for a UPS shipment, only USPS.

Is this going to be fixed?

Just want to say that you can use Pirateship in the meantime to ship UPS.

Me too.  This is really bothersome as I now have customers waiting for tracking.  Paypal is on it's way out.

Having the same issue. I opened a ticket over a week ago and was told I would get a response within 24 hours. When that didn't happen I called back and was told the ticket is being escalated. I asked for a credit since I have to ship directly with UPS and am not getting PayPal's discount. I was denied.

Have you seen or heard of any resolution to this issue yet? I only want to use one platform for shipping associated with my invoices. The old system was very convenient.
