I am trying to pay for an item on eBay utilizing the PayPal Credit 6 months interest free pay over time option. Once I select it and click “continue to review order” I receive a “looks like we don’t have your name on file” error and the transaction is not completed. This has been happening for 4 days. I have verified with PayPal and PayPal Credit that there are no issues on my account. I have plenty of credit to use and my payments have been on time. Neither PayPal nor PayPal credit have any idea why this is happening. Can someone please help me? Thank you in advance.
