Email showing incorrect carrier

When I purchase shipping labels, the email sent to the customer says the carrier is UPS, but I am shipping USPS Media Mail. The tracking number is correct and a USPS number, but PayPals auto response is listing UPS as the carrier. This is causing confusion for the customer.
