Ekomm Society order

Hi, I have ordered some items at Ekomm Society more than a week ago! So far I haven’t received a trackingcode nore the products. I paid with PayPal. So please help

Only a week? Bit early to be concerned yet isn't it?

You have up to 180 days to open a dispute for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described on PayPal.

However you may need to do so at a later date if it's one of these Social Media China websites.

So you don’t think that it’s weird that more than a week has past and no tracking or what’s so ever has been send to me? For me that’s a red flag. I can understand that the item can take some (more) time. But at least a tracking number so i can see what is going on and fallowing the procedure. Thát is what keeps customers calm and trusting the company/procedure.

Not all companies send items trackable.
