Double Pay 4 loans

I bought something back in November and used a Pay In 4 loan. I was a little distracted by the holidays and it took until now to realize that PayPal created TWO of the same loan. I only made the one purchase, got one order confirmation email, and one item. How do I get my money back from this duplicate loan?

I'm sorry to hear that there were two Pay in 4 repayment plans established for the same purchase. I recommend reaching out to Customer Support to inquire if one can be canceled. If not, they will likely assist you with filing a duplicate payment dispute. You can contact Customer Support by selecting 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website. 

I hope you receive a refund for the second one soon!
