Don’t understand entry’s on my account

Don’t. Understand why when I make a payment to PayPal credit it shows:- Payment - complete. -£25 All charges to my account also show as a minus amount eg. Pre approved payment -£25 But when I receive money into my account from a refund it shows:- Refund +£25 ??????? Why ???

Because they are deducting ie -£25 from what you owe.

And adding ie +£25 to the amount you have paid.
