Do I have the option to see a back log with the reason of my customers getting a payment declined?

A lot of my customers getting an error or payment declined when they trying to pay - I'm using the PayPal API on my site (checkout).
We want to help these customers but we don't always know the reason for their payment declining.

There is such a backlog I can see their transaction attempt and the reason for the decline?
