Has anyone been approved or figured out the 0905 denial yet? It’s pretty convenient for customer service to say there is nothing they can do? We’ve had 290k in 4 loans all paid way ahead of time and now this crap. Account has no holds, no pending sand has been in great standing since day 1. I’m baffled by this logic and these advances are what assist us in being successful during our winter and holiday months. Has there been any end in site for this??
