I did 100K in sales last year, took a month off because of covid and now I'm getting told no for a working loan? I invoiced over 7K so far for January.
We have had the same issue. Did 125,000 last year, had two loans and now getting denied and we did almost 20,000 in January. No charge backs, no returns, etc. We are looking at jumping ship and going to square.
I don't think square works with shopify does it? Surely the working capital program must still be running as it's really only a handful of people who comment on here about it. I think we are just stuck with a broken algorithm
