Debit card negative balance

I have a PayPal business debit card that I use quite often for purchases.. once I use it, I get an instant notification saying that I used it and the funds went to the proper merchant. The funds are immediately deducted from my PayPal balance and I can see the remaining balance. However, a few days later I get another notification saying that the same exact transaction from before is being debited again. This has happened several times and now my account is in the negative and I don’t understand why. Any help would be appreciated.
