Hi, I've cleared my credit balance & my credit acc shows £0 & no payment scheduled yet under special promo it has an outstanding balance to AO, no interest if paid in full by May yet I'm unable to make any kind of payment & the amount left to AO is a lot less than what I paid for the goods.
