Credit payments

Hi, I have two separate balances on my PayPal credit account both at 0% apr for 4 months. One of the balances hits the end of the promotion period sooner than the other. I have recently made a payment but it has been credit to the balance that still has 3 months left rather than the balance with a lot less time remaining. Is there any reason why this is happened and how can I resolve it? Thank you

I am also having problems with this made extra payments to credit account and it hasn’t reduced the balance what is going on
