Credit card no longer showing in account

I've had a PayPal account for decades. I had my PayPal credit and PayPal credit card all nicely set up, auto payments being made with several email addresses linked to it.
Recently I discovered that one of the email addresses is no longer recognized and it made me re-set the password for the other one. Then it says "welcome to your new account" - and the credit card and other things that used to show up are no longer visible, nor accessible at all. But, the auto payments are still being made.
Has anyone encountered this?

Sorry to hear that you've run into some issues while accessing with one of the email addresses of your PayPal account. You can add up to 7 email addresses to your PayPal account. Have you confirmed the added email addresses in your PayPal account? If not, here's the information on how to confirm your email addresses in your PayPal account. It looks like you've opened a new account with one of the email addresses.
Have you made any recent changes in your account liking adding or removing the email addresses? if not, I suggest you to try to log in to your account with your primary email address or with other added email addresses. Once you're able to access your account, you can add and confirm your email address after closing your new account. If you still face any difficulties while accessing your account, please reach out to the support team to look into this further.
