I began an Office Depot purchase that as I opted to pay via PayPal 4 pymt plan, another PayPal offer popped up that stated "Get $20 off your purchase...subject to credit approval." I completed PayPal app, submitted it that the processing pg twirled around for half an hour; so I figured it jammed and closed it down. So, the next day, after OD and PP confirmed no app for PP cr card was applied by me and the OD item still sat in the cart, I opened my OD email offer to buy a product for a discount, and began the purchase process, to suddenly find out that PayPal pulled the $20 cr offer from the payment option plan. Has anyone had this happen to them?
