Connecting Zettle App with Pay Pal Account

So I have dowloaded the Zettle App and set up my business account on PayPal. My account when I go into Paypal it say all the information is confirmed and I can go ahead and do transactions.  However when I go into Zettle App it says that I need to provide more information and re-directs me to my Paypal account. I login and it then tells me all the information is confirmed.  So I am not sure what to do to resolve this!

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty you're encountering when trying to set up your PayPal Account and Zettle. When first creating a PayPal Account, I recommend ensuring your account is verified, you've confirmed your identity, and you're free of any limitations in the Resolution Center and Customer Identification Portal. If you're still having difficulty after these troubleshooting steps, you can locate PayPal Customer Support by selecting 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website. Customer Support is also available on Twitter (X), Instagram, and Facebook
