If the Rewards offer that you received was both legitimately from PayPal and also offered to you directly from PayPal and not forwarded, the terms and conditions listed in the offer will direct you to how the offer is claimed and applied. Please check that information to see if there are any limitations to the offer and to see how to redeem it or whether it is automatically applied to the account.
