Hi I am trying to pay an invoice issued by my supplier.
However when i try to pay I get this message.
Check your account at your card issuer before retrying this card.
I have enough funds on the card, my billing adres is same on the card as on my account. I pay with it few times a month.
I tried paying other invoice with my wifes card and it worked fine.
Any idea what the problem might be?

Just as an idea.
Maybe you reached your bank cards limits for this months.
There are limits on transactions count and/or summary amount.
Your bank maybe blocks transactions in United States and/or Luxembourg or HongKong (needs rare, maybe your case) for bank cards. Call up and ask the bank to unlock them for your card if so.
These are three most PayPal transaction centers worldwide to provide transactions for customers.
That's my thoughts on that issue.
