Cannot use the app anymore

Since I have an iPhone SE it’s not possible to load the app on my mobile. I always have to open the App Store, search for the app and click there on open…what can I do to get the app on my mobile again?

I would recommend you to please uninstall and reinstall the app and also clear cache and cookies of your phone browser and your good to use the app. If you still end up with the error, please login and contact us so we can help you further. Hey there is no possibility to uninstall the app because I have no app anymore. It’s only the possibility to go to the App Store and click „open“ for the App. I don’t know what’s wrong with the total app 🤷🏻♀️
