Cannot Send an Invoice - We cannot verify it's you

Hi everyone. Just made a new business account. completed all the verification required online. When I tried to send an invoice to the client, it says we cannot verify it's you and the invoice will just be left on DRAFT. Did it twice, waited for a few days, still have the same error. Anyone encountered the same problem?

I am sorry to know you're unable to send invoice and I understand how upsetting this must be. Thanks for bringing this to our attention! Not to worry, your comments have been notated and our technical team is already working on it and this sorted quickly as possible.
