Cannot Make BillPay Payments - Error

Whenever I try to make a Billpay payment, I get an error saying "Something went wrong on our end. Try again later."

Anyone else have this problem? When will Paypal fix whatever is going wrong on their end?

If you're still unable to use Bill-Pay after that, please reach out to our Customer Support teams for assistance.
