Can you pay off the PayPal Cashback MasterCard with a prepaid debit visa card

Am I able to pay off my PayPal Cashback MasterCard with a reusable prepaid debit visa card? The phone line said it can be paid with a debit card, but what about a reusable prepaid debit card?
